Position: Legal Assistant (Drafting & Research)
Type: Full-Time (5 Days a Week)
Schedule: PST Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST
Location: Remote / Work from Home

Reports To: Senior Canadian Lawyer

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and intelligent Lawyer to work closely with our senior Canadian lawyer on drafting, document preparation, research, and client-related legal tasks. This role requires excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during PST hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Legal drafting, reviewing agreements, notices, and documentation

  • Conducting legal research for Canadian law–related matters

  • Preparing structured briefs and summaries

  • Coordinating with the senior lawyer and assisting in daily tasks

  • Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of all legal documents

  • Using legal/office software tools for documentation and communication


Required Qualifications

  • Law Graduate (LLB) with minimum 1 year of experience

  • Strong drafting, writing, and legal research skills

  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, legal software, document tools)

  • Excellent command over English communication

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

  • Sincere, intelligent, and hardworking attitude

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to support daily operations, manage documentation, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow for the team.


Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative support and coordination

  • Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling

  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations

  • Tracking tasks, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring follow-ups

  • Data entry, file organization, and record maintenance

  • Supporting the lawyer and management team in day-to-day activities


Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of admin/operations experience

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, CRM tools

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient

  • Ability to work independently during night shift
